We’ve dedicated ourselves to designing and producing high quality toys, games, and accessories at an affordable price. However, as we continue to produce our products, counterfeiters are making knockoffs that are often mistaken for the authentic Machda Toys merchandise. Counterfeit merchandise deceives consumers and deprives them of the Machda Toys quality that our brand name ensures. Since counterfeit merchandise does not undergo our rigorous inspection and testing processes, it does not meet our standards.

PROTECTION GUIDELINES

These Brand Protection Guidelines apply to licensees, customers, resellers and other authorized users who wish to use the trademarks, service marks, certification marks, logos, or copyrighted material of Machda Toys and Humm Buggs, its affiliates and licensors in connection with advertising, marketing, promotional, informational, and reference materials, on product packaging, web-sites, or on printed publications.

Any unauthorized or improper use of Machda Toys or Humm Buggs trademarks or copyrighted material may constitute infringement and unfair competition in violation of federal, state, and international laws.

Machda Toys reserves the right to prohibit any use of its trademarks that in its sole discretion, deems unlawful or improper, even if such use is not expressly prohibited hereunder. The status of Machda Toy’s trademarks may change, and it may be necessary to revise these Brand Protection Guidelines from time to time. It is your responsibility to comply with the most current version of these guidelines.

REASONS FOR THE PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Emblems, logos, and names associated with Machda Toys and Humm Buggs and its goods and services, and other intellectual property, are the exclusive property of Machda Toys. Machda Toys and Humm Buggs regularly carries out marketing activities that utilize this intellectual property, with the aim of promoting its services, ensuring stable operations, and developing one or more applications. Any unauthorized use, abuse, or misappropriation of marks associated with Machda Toys and other intellectual property infringes on the intellectual property and could therefore compromise the operation of Machda Toy’s products and impede efforts to develop its applications. Therefore, Machda Toys is dedicated to protecting its intellectual property and its ability to continue to provide quality products and services to its licensees, customers, resellers, and other authorized users.

False or Derogatory Use: Machda Toys and Humm Buggs trademarks may not be used in a manner that depicts them or its products or services in a false or derogatory manner.

YOU MAY NOT INCORPORATE MACHDA TOYS, HUMM BUGGS TRADEMARKS IN ANY DOMAIN NAME OR IN ANY META TAG OR OTHER HIDDEN TEXT IN A WEB PAGE. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of any license, partnership, certification, employment agreement, and/or result in legal action.
